We offer cooking courses from half a day to a week long – or more. The courses are intimate and fun. You will learn anything from the absolute basics to more complicated and interesting dishes.

Set in the very beautiful Dyffryn Crawnon valley only ten minutes from Crickhowell in South Wales, the kitchen accommodates small groups of up to 4 students at a time.

The lessons are both fun and informative with a concentration on seasonal produce as well as ventures to all kinds of cuisine from Mediterranean to North African, Syrian and Persian, Spanish and French as well as modern British cuisine.

The courses are inclusive of lunch with wine and start at 9.30am ending at around 4pm from Monday to Friday with weekend courses by special arrangement.

Easy courses in game butchery are available.
